Calculator inputs
Calculations run in your browser. We do not send the dimensions or results to a calculation server. The share action puts the current inputs in the URL fragment, after the # symbol. Anyone you give that full link to can read those inputs. Browser history or browser synchronization may also retain that link.
Traffic logs and analytics
The hosting server records page paths, IP addresses, request time, response status, browser user-agent and a referrer without its query string. Site traffic is summarized using a private, password-protected GoAccess dashboard on the same server. No third-party analytics script is embedded in the public pages.
Access logs exclude query strings. Non-empty logs are rotated daily, with up to 14 archived files kept. Filtered dashboards are generated from retained logs; live dashboard aggregates use a 14-day retention setting. Server error logs can contain diagnostic request information. Administrator and contact API routes do not write ordinary access logs. We use these records for traffic measurement, abuse prevention and maintenance.
Contact messages
If you submit the form, we store your name, email address, selected reason and message in a restricted inbox on the hosting server. We use them to review and respond to your request. Messages are automatically removed after 90 days. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential project information.
The form uses a hidden spam field, a minimum completion time, input limits, same-origin checks and request rate limits. Messages are saved for review; submission does not guarantee a reply or response time. There is no mailing-list subscription.
Cookies, advertising and external sites
The public website does not set tracking cookies, store calculator values in local storage, or run advertising scripts. Browser and server operations still involve the technical requests described above. The site links to external reference organizations whose own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
Hosting and access
Data is processed on the site’s hosting server and is accessible to the site administrator and relevant hosting infrastructure operators. We do not sell contact information. Data may be disclosed where required by applicable law or to investigate abuse. Network transport uses HTTPS; no system can promise absolute security.
Your requests
Use the contact form and choose Privacy request to ask about a stored message or request its deletion. Include your submission reference if available. We may need information to verify the request. Applicable rights depend on your location. This policy will be updated if the site adds materially different processing, analytics or advertising.
